Quiet Yoga Calm: Laying in Surrender
Quiet Yoga Calm: Laying in Surrender is specifically designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind. Most postures are performed close to the ground—either seated, reclined, or in tabletop—with longer holds that allow the body to relax deeply into each stretch. Some sessions may be entirely reclined or entirely seated, making it easy to participate from a bed, chair, or with pillows and cushions. Adjustments are always encouraged to accommodate individual physical and energy needs.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s normal to feel restless during slower-paced sessions with longer holds and silent moments. Some may feel the urge to fidget or leave poses early—this is simply part of adapting to a gentler rhythm. Over time, accepting these moments can lead to deeper calm, a quieter mind, and even improved sleep.
